If you haven't watched the clip of John Krasinski and Jimmy Fallon soundlessly battling in a lip-sync-off, you are going to have to stop whatever you're doing and watch it now (see below). It's fantastic and we love John Krasinski more than ever.

Let's just say it wouldn't be inappropriate to call us super fans (still relatively indifferent to Jimmy however).

We are also mentally preparing for our own Lip Sync battles. Caitlin would obviously choose I Want You To Need Me by Celine Dion and Lauren's choice is clearly Radio Romance by Tiffany.

Anatomy of a Hottie: Newcomer Edition

We’ve stumbled upon a new hottie and his name is Stephen Amell! He stars as bow and arrow wielding vigilante Oliver Queen in Arrow.

Now this isn’t our usual viewing genre (ie. not really a comedy or romance, not set in early 20th-century England and doesn’t air on HBO…) so we were skeptical at first, but honestly this body is not to be ignored. Trust. Amells shirt comes off and you’re instantly hooked, also the storyline is pretty intriguing –-can be described as Revenge meets Dark Knight…

Furthermore, some investigative Googling revealed he is from Toronto and played Cece’s loser boyfriend Kyle on New Girl (good excuse to re-watch some early episodes, score!). He's winning our hearts and here are a few reason why:

Before you say anything, we are sorry team Canada. You totally have a lot of hotties to offer us, Alexandre Despatie, Adam van Koeverden, Brent Hayden, Alexandre Despatie and even that guy who looks shockingly like Kanye West (can anyone identify him?). But they haven't won gold medals (yet!) and ever since we saw that Vogue cover, American & now three time medal winner Ryan Lochte has really captured our feminine attentions. Win or lose, weird tweets & all we are glued to the tv when this guy is in the pool.

Anatomy of a Hottie: Hamilton Edition

We are nothing if not boy crazy on top of obvious racing fanatics. Here we present to you the glorious Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton. This British beauty is known not only for his superior driving skillz, but also for his notoriously seksi relationship with Nicole Scherzinger. Calm down, they're pretty on-again-off-again. Having just won the Grand Prix du Canada yesterday, this champion is a star on and off the track! And we must boast that during last year's GP we were lucky enough to weasel our way into a VIP booth with him and his skin is like butter in real life. (Also successfully photobombed him. Result!)

Anatomy of a Hottie: Gosling the Jetsetter Edition

Stop us if this is creepy, but sometimes don’t you feel like you actually know Ryan Gosling because you talk about him so much? This week we were elated to see our buddy Ryan arriving at JFK and even more so because he was looking pretty darn perfect.  Sure, we liked this look a lot less yesterday when he accessorized it with Eva Mendes, but we are willing to blow past; you’re supposed to be happy for your friends when they get into relationships, aren’t you?
