Let's join in just one last chorus, read: Happy Labour Day!

"Summer days will soon be over, soon the autumn starts..."

And sure your summers are never as scandalous as Baby's, you're no Penny on the dance floor & could never pull off Lisa's two piece, but everyone deserve a Kellermans style send off this time of year!

Happy Labour Day y'all!

Autumnally yours,
Us

The More You Know: Binge-watching

We must say that we were straight up touched while watching this PSA yesterday, it is always nice to find out that tv stars are looking out for you (though deep down we always knew Mr. Mars had our back!).

This hilarious video from EW is also impeccably timed, as we've currently taken to re-binging Friday Night Lights in its entirety. And all we'll say is good thing we've got a blog and jobs to worry about or we'd never leave West Dillon (haven't hit season 4 just yet...)

Enjoy the below if only as a mere distraction from your current Netflix queue.

Happy Friday!

They're back. We're hooked.

Hot on the heels of a possible James Franco Catfish (won't bore you with our opinion, but we're leaning towards it's a hoax and/or he's creepy!) we've been graced with a trailer from our favourite MTV duo. Catfish Season 3 is on its way people, and we CANNOT WAIT -- particularly since the show teaches us such valuable dating and life lessons. Happy to see Nev's sage 'request a picture with your name' advice employed during the aforementioned scandal. Sure, it doesn't make the situation less troubling, but you should never be too careful.

Enjoy this sneak peek of what is to come! According to our favourite silver fox, it's gonna be dark, cold and twisted.

They're back May 7.

Beyoncé Palate Cleanse

Your daily dose of Beyoncé inspiration comes from an unlikely source: A Toyota commercial! But you won't see us complaining, mostly because we need something to cleanse our palates and news regarding at least one member of the actual #worldsmosttalkedaboutcouple helps.

“Every day I wake up, I make a choice: not to let the world decide for me.” Shame, she's just one day late in dispensing this wisdom to Ms. Wintour.

Decide to get going and happy Saturday,

Us

P.S. Did you also notice this?? Don't roll your partitions up too prematurely though, T.O. isn't listed.

Looking at Veronica and Logan in Magazines

Listen up, there is a new EW cover and it's starring Jason Dohring's arms! Kristen Bell is also there.

One month.

BONUS! EW also shared this sassy clip from the movie. Watch below.

Happy Saturday.

Getting Excited for Girls!

Look, we would feel remiss if we didn't bombard you with every morsel pertaining to the upcoming third season of Girls. We are so frickin excited! But having to wait until January 12 seems like a very unfair, crimeless punishment. See below for screech-inducing behind the scenes preview.

Ps. How do we get a job at Rays??

Crazy in Love with this kid!

Happy Monday sports fans!

We promise there will come a day when we don't do a post about Beyoncé. Alas, today is not that day.

Beyoncé superfan Chris Koo has posted a spellbindingly glorious dance video on Youtube that we guarantee you will watch til the end. Boy doesn't even break a sweat. This homage is a sweet escape down memory lane for us and we feel inspired and entranced by it! Plus we want that t-shirt.

We really just can't get enough of Beyoncé, her dance moves, music, life and everything else she stands for (OBVI). If you can think of a way for us to show our devotion in a public format other than a dance tribute, we would be ever so grateful. Our hair just doesn't flip the way Chris Koo's does...

Enjoy!

Highlight of the Week: Three-Year-Old Beyoncé Dancer

Just to be clear we plan on raising all future kin like this.

Can't believe we've overlooked such a fool proof way of getting Beyoncé's attention until now!

Familiar Faces: New Girl Strikes Back Edition

Like many of you, we are delighted to be again watching new episodes of New Girl (after a summer of binge re-watching...). We think it's necessary to point out that Schmidt's part-time girlfriend Elizabeth and recent Emmy winner Merritt Wever first made our acquaintance in one of our all time fave movies: Strike.

The 1998 film was mysteriously renamed All I Wanna Do at an unknown date (but was clearly called Strike when I rented it monthly from Blockbuster circa the 2000's). If you haven't seen it, we highly recommend! It stars Kirsten Dunst too! Yay for teen movies that stand the test time!

Although it doesn't seem like she has been up to much (in Hollywood) since Strike, a quick IMDB query has revealed she has in fact been up to a lot! We are loathe to admit that we didn't make it past a few early Nurse Jackie episodes (only because we are poor and without cable). Anyway, she was a hit at the Emmys with this memorable acceptance speech:

We approve! And hope to see more of her in future projects.

Gasp!

Admittedly we are late to the party on this one but just watched the promo for Revenge Season 3 last night, and you guys: gasp!

Yes, we too grew a little indifferent towards Emily Thornes vengeful antics last season (until SPOILER: she revealed her Amanda Clarkness to Jack and that insufferable Declan bit the dust!) but now, consider us hooked back in. If you haven't viewed, please take a moment and watch your jaw drop! Also, eyes peeled for a sexy looking Daniel in sunglasses and equally sexy new shirtless guy.

The show returns September 29.

Ps. Looks as if someones trying for a back-to-back Bangin' Award win with that wedding gown!

Memories of Bey

Our summer highlight was easily the Mrs. Carter tour, and, for your own sake, we truly hope it was able to be yours too. We were particularly overcome (naturally) when she glided towards us like out of a freaking dream. So how grand that we can all relive it together in this new video!

Watching this is guaranteed to brighten up your Wednesday!

P.S. Whoever is brave enough to propose to us should probably copy that guy and do so during Bey's next tour. Now that we've seen it, we want it. It might also be the only chance he's gonna have to come out ahead of Beyoncé on the Greatest-moments-of-our-lives scale.

Bey Good,

Hello Wallace and other developments

We've never wanted to be at Comic-Con more than we have this week! Ok, we've never wanted to be at Comic-Con before but we saw pictures of Percy Daggs III there and well you understand.

Percy was there to join Veronica Mars castmates for a panel discussion during which a sneak peek of the movie was presented! We've admittedly been too preoccupied watching it all week to share until now:

Also, we'd like to personally thank the Internet for providing us with this glorious screenshot:

Happy Friday!

UPDATE!

Wallace tweeted back at us! Hurrah! We are obvi beyond thrilled. See below for evidence.
